This stovetop smoker will infuse flavor into all of your meat, seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes. It will also smoke whole chickens or hams, simply by using an aluminum foil tent to cover the item rather than the smoker lid. Stainless-steel smoker works over any heat source, including open flame or electric stovetop. Includes samples of four wood-chip flavors.
